Terms of Service

Effective September 23, 2026. Nimdis Mind Agent is a private application for its operator's personal use. It does not offer public registration or a service to third parties.

Google account access is optional and requires the operator's consent. The operator is responsible for reviewing agent-generated actions, including outgoing email and changes to files. Access may be revoked through Google Account settings at any time.
